£9.87 / hour. This is a temp to perm role.
Start Date 10/10/22
As a Customer Service Advisor you’ll be the first point of contact for one (or a number of) public services. You will be required to take inbound calls and emails. The people you speak to will have a range of questions so using a calm and considered approach you’ll provide important support and advice. You will also be required to record information into central IT systems.
Role requirements:
- You will need to have strong communication skills
- An excellent telephone manner
- Ability to use IT systems
- Accurately capture and record customer information
- Work within defined time and quality guidelines, tailoring your support to fully resolve customer queries in line with these.
What we offer-
- 37 per hours work per week paid –
- You will be required to work the following different shift patterns : 08.00-16.00 / 09.00-17.00/ 10.00-18.00/ 12.00-20.00 and all staff will be required to work 1 x Saturday shift per month (09.00-16.00) and will have a day off in the week.
