Customer Service Advisor


X2 Recruit are currently recruiting for 10 x Customer Services Advisor for one of our Clients in the Macclesfield area. 

Job Role – You will be dealing with Customer enquiries and service requests via Telephone and resolving query’s as the first point of contact. 

Objectives of the role:

  • Receive all customer enquiries and service requests via the telephone to resolve as many requests at first point of contact as possible

  • Update It systems to record details 

  • Manage Customer complaints, compliments with suggestions 

  • Making customers understand overall objective and supporting specific campaigns as required

  • Work as a team to provide cover and support other teams members to ensure the service is delivered 

Required abilities:

  • Strong communication skills 

  • Working in a local authority call centre or customer centre environment

  • Experience of dealing with customer complaints

  • Ability to capture data accurately and within guidelines 

  • Ability to listen attentively and hear important information 

  • Computer Literacy and excellent keyboard skills 

  • Overall Literacy and Numeracy skills to a high standard

This role would be working Monday to Friday between 8am to 7pm up to 37.5 hours per week.

This is an ongoing role that could lead into a full time position for the right candidates.

Pay is £9.81ph
